Evansville VANDERBURGH School Corporation continues the “surveys” of our students. Grade 3 - 5, and 6 - 12.
The questioning of “emotion” is coordinated by the Chief Officer of “Neuroscience”.
The program allows for an “opt-out” by contacting a paid EVSC employee, Susan Phelps, and advising the child will not be completing the survey. It is intentionally designed to “opt-out” rather than “opt-in”.
These surveys are blatantly profiling the children for referrals to “counselors for metal evaluation”. Remember Ann Ennis, a member of the EVSC Foundation, has secured a grant for proprietary and confidential software to track “mentally ill students”.
Suzanne Crouch, Indiana Governor candidate, has publicly acknowledged the need for mental health services in the schools. She has consistently communicated her brother’s alcoholism, her sister’s suicide, and her daughter’s bi-polar condition. I say Crouch has incredibly defective genes 🧬 and should withdraw from the race. The narrative is being constructed that there’s a “pandemic” of mental illness. “Build it and they will come”.

Did you know the Indiana Law had to be created to allow for public comment in the public school board meetings? EVANSVILLE VANDERBURGH School Corporation was the reason for the law being created in the State of Indiana. The EVSC trustees were the most egregious in suppressing public comment.
But wait, it gets better. Since the law was enacted, EVSC allows 2 minutes of comment. 1) You must complete an “online request” to speak 24 hours prior to the meeting. 2) Comments are restricted to the board meetings agenda item(s) only. 3) The Board will not comment or respond to questions. 4) The School Attorney, Patrick Shoulders, during the comment section of the meeting, instructs for all online videoing and minutes of comments be stricken. 5) Superintendent Smith, the following day, does a YouTube video of the “recap” of the board meeting.
Interestingly the synopsis provided by Superintendent Smith, is a completely different board meeting observation, he NEVER mentions the public comment portion of the meeting. Many times the public comments are critical of the School Administrations policies, wasteful spending, social emotional learning agenda, manipulation of grades to comply with the State of Indiana’s regulatory requirements. Did you know a failing school system receives less funding. Let it be known, EVSC is manipulating the I-Learn scores to deceive the public and State regulators to hide the sub-standard educational standards occurring at EVSC.
The attached video is a representation of a mother frustrated with the American Public School System failing our children.

Michael Daugherty, candidate for Mayor of Evansville is exposing the approximately $1 Billion in bonds obligated by the City of Evansville Administration. He has received responses from his FOIA requests reflecting the recent “Creative Financing” to fund repairs to the Ford Center. The current administration is suggesting “leasing” city streets to subsidize the repairs. There is no budget for routine maintenance. The Ford Center is NOT self-sustaining.
Any business owner knows the necessity of budgeting revenue and expenses and to not be reactionary. Why wouldn’t the city council ask questions of the “creative financing” rather than enslave the taxpayers almost $1 Billion bonding debt obligations? The Indiana State Board of Accounts audits the city finances.

Ms. Klutz, just was elected to the Auditor position this past election. Is this an opportunity for Holcomb to appoint a WEF friendly auditor? Did Ms Klutz uncover something in the audit process? Make it make sense!!!! There is more to this abrupt resignation, why did she intentionally run for office only to resign a year later.
