IT’s TIME TO FILE.  JANUARY 10 to FEBRUARY 9 Are you a “3Cs” Christian Constitutional Conservative?  Do you live in the state of Indiana? Have you voted Republican when you voted in RECENT past primaries?  You can now file to become an Indiana Republican Convention Delegate.  We want all “3Cs” folks in every one of Indiana’s 92 counties to get involved in the process.
Being a delegate is great way to participate in the political process without a long term commitment.
    •    File the CAN-37 Form: (Which can be found here: https://www.in.gov/.../election.../election-forms/) Declaration of Candidacy for Precinct Committeeman or State Convention Delegate 2024 (file to run on the Republican ticket for the May 2024 Primary)These forms need to be filed at your county courthouse between January 10 and February 9 (it will be notarized when filed).

    •    Once you have filed, rally support to have people vote for you in the May 2024 Republican Primary.
    •    When you win, you will have to pay a delegate fee to attend the convention (approx $150).
    •    ATTEND the day long Republican Convention on June 15, 2024 at the Indiana Convention Center in Indianapolis and vote for Micah Beckwith for Lt. Governor and Todd Rokita for Attorney General.

Did you know that you can ALSO run as a Precinct Committeeman using the SAME FORM and the SAME TIME.  You just need to file TWO SEPARATE FORMS.   You fill out the CAN-37 Form to be a Indiana Republican Convention delegate.  Print it out….then you take that same form and click the box to be a Precinct Committeeman…Print that out and file each separately during that one visit to the county courthouse.

Another Hoosier will exit Congress at the end of the 2024 term after U.S. Rep. Greg Pence announced his departure on X Tuesday — creating a fourth open Indiana seat.

Pence, brother of former Indiana Gov. and Vice President Mike Pence, represents the 6th Congressional District, which covers central eastern Indiana and some counties south of Marion County — including his hometown of Columbus.
Greg Pence joined the Marine Corps in 1979, rising to the rank of first lieutenant after receiving his bachelor’s degree from Loyola University Chicago, according to his congressional bio. Following his honorable discharge, he joined the energy distribution industry and currently serves on Congress’ energy committee.

The SEC approves 11 spot bitcoin ETFs.

WASHINGTON/NEW YORK, Jan 10 (Reuters) - The U.S. securities regulator on Wednesday approved the first U.S.-listed exchange traded funds (ETFs) to track bitcoin, its Chair Gary Gensler said, in a watershed for the world's largest cryptocurrency and the broader crypto industry.
The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission approved 11 applications, including from BlackRock (BLK.N), Ark Investments, 21Shares (ABTC.S), Fidelity, Invesco (IVZ.N) and VanEck, among others, according to a notice on its website. Some products are expected to begin trading as early as Thursday.

Eight state lawmakers will not seek reelection ahead of 2024 legislative session

Since 2012, an average of about 13 state lawmakers per election cycle have opted not to run for reelection, either to retire or seek a different office.

Three more state lawmakers have announced they won’t run for reelection this year ahead of the start of the 2024 legislative session.

Rep. Ryan Hatfield (D-Evansville) this week became the first Democrat this election cycle to announce he wouldn’t seek another term in his Statehouse seat. Instead, after eight years in office, he’s running for circuit court judge.

Rep. Randy Lyness (R-West Harrison) and Rep. Dennis Zent (R-Angola) aren’t running for any office this year, announcing recently they’ll retire after nine and 12 years in their Statehouse seats, respectively.

🚨BREAKING: Chair of the House Judiciary Committee Jim Jordan launches inquiry into Fani Willis' lover, Nathan Wade, after it was revealed he has been paid over $650,000 of taxpayer money to act as Special Assistant District Attorney to prosecute Donald Trump in Fulton County.

Wade, a private attorney, has never prosecuted a felony case before. Wade also billed Fulton County for at least two meetings with the White House, expenses that were directly approved by Fani Willis, raising suspicions that the prosecution is being done in collaboration with the White House Counsel's office. These new Global connections will increase opportunities for Vietnam Banks and their markets. This is why Vietnam banks are rushing to boost their Capital opportunities.

The mention of "Quantum Technologies" and the concept of becoming a "Global Nation" suggests that Vietnam is actively participating in global collaborations, especially in advanced technologies. This participation could lead to economic growth and a level playing field in international markets.

This means Vietnam banks can engage in strategic collaborations and partnerships with foreign investors, impacting the value of the Vietnamese dong. Which will Increase foreign investments that may lead to a more aligned and competitive valuation of the dong against other global currencies.

So this also means Vietnamese banks are being allowed to boost their charter capital through various means, such as issuing shares for dividend distribution, private placements, and shares to foreign strategic investors.

This increase in capital of course strengthens the financial foundation of these banks. Which basically means again that they are more than likely Basel 3 & ISO-20022 Compliant.

Basel 3 Rules are targeting a January 16 implementation.
