18 Candidates are challenged by the VANDERBURGH Republican and Democrat Chairmans, and private citizens regarding eligibility. It was evident the Indiana law of requiring two primary voting was weaponized by the County Chairmans in both political parties. This “rule” disenfranchised participation in Government resulting in Americans being ostracized by its Government.
Three Democrats were allowed on the Republican Ballot by the VANDERBURGH Republican Chairman Michael Duckworth by written waiver. An 18 year was thrown off the ballot by Duckworth for not adhering to the Two Primary requirement; Duckworth could have granted a “waiver” as he had done for the three Democrats running on the Republican ballot.
Mr. Duckworth was exposed on the shenanigans of political manipulation. It is abundantly clear after loosing all Republican seats on the city council and mayoral election, that he is not working for the conservatism of the Republican Party.
In March 2025, the Republican Precinct Committeeman will elect the VANDERBURGH County Chairman. “Change is coming”!

The Republican County Commission candidate voted Democratic in the 2022 primary
The head of the Vanderburgh County Republican Party says he fully supports Amy Canterbury as a candidate for County Commissioner.
Chairman Mike Duckworth says he signed off on Canterbury’s candidacy for the District 3 seat, even though she voted on the Democratic ballot in the 2022 Primary.
The State Form CAN - 1 is the document to contest eligibility of a candidate. Let it be known, in addition to Jason Gerteisen filing a complaint against Canterbury outlined in the attached article, two additional separate CAN - 1’s have been filed against Canterbury by registered Republican voters.
Interestingly additional challenges have been filed against John Hahn, in Perry Township, he has filed as a Republican Delegate with a Democrat voting history. His wife Jill Hahn is President of the VANDERBURGH County Council and a registered Republican. Perhaps, Duckworth has approved of this violation. The Election Board hearing will expose the facts.
Another challenge is Democrat Rivera Maytes, a former Evansville City Council member that has filed as a Republican candidate for Precinct Committeeman and State Delegate and her husband Chinno Rivera, a registered Democrat, has filed as a Republican State Delegate. Perhaps again Duckworth approved of this violation.
There are other violations among candidates that are being exposed. Mike Duckworth’s job as Republican County Chairman is to be the “keeper of the gate” to adhere to conservative values of the party and to remove infiltrators. The Uni-party has a friend in Duckworth.
In March 2025, the VANDERBURGH County precinct committeemen will elect a party chairman to affirm Republican values of conservatism.

Meet the VANDERBURGH County “Country Club” Republicans. This is the same fringe group that pushed Natalie Rauscher, the failed Republican mayoral candidate upon the public. These antics have resulted in loosing any true conservative values within the local government.
So the Fringe, out of touch Republicans are now pushing Amy Canterbury for County Commissioner. Recall Canterbury is a Democrat that the Republican chairman, Mike Duckworth, provided a waiver to appear on the Republican ballot. This is deceit to represent yourself other than your true identity. Parents of special needs children attending Evansville VANDERBURGH School
Corporation; specifically Culver Elementary School, are frustrated with the administration to not remedy the documented abuse of the children within a specific classroom and teacher. Audio recordings were captured by parents while the verbal abuse was occurring. Allegedly an internal investigation was conducted and found no wrongdoing by the administration. The parents are frustrated with the perceived collusion of the Administration to support a teacher without proper investigation.
The Administration, through Indiana law, must provide 2 minutes per person to speak. These “public comment periods” are NOT recorded or the content reflected in documented minutes.

Trump will probably approach 1.9 million votes naturally, and if enough former Democrats come his way, perhaps 2.0 million. Indiana is worth watching because of its early poll closure time in the Eastern Standard Time Zone and if Trump is at or near 60%, it is a good sign he is on his way to a popular vote majority nationally. His performance in suburban Hamilton County will also serve as good indicator of suburban performance nationwide.
