So the Fringe, out of touch Republicans are now pushing Amy Canterbury for County Commissioner. Recall Canterbury is a Democrat that the Republican chairman, Mike Duckworth, provided a waiver to appear on the Republican ballot. This is deceit to represent yourself other than your true identity. Perhaps the public provides a free pass for misrepresentation.

Prediction: Donald Trump >+18% official, >25% clean
With so little Democrat strength outside of the Great Lakes and Indianapolis, and greater minority support for Trump on the horizon, Indiana should be a laugher that is called as soon as polls close.  Trump will probably approach 1.9 million votes naturally, and if enough former Democrats come his way, perhaps 2.0 million.  Indiana is worth watching because of its early poll closure time in the Eastern Standard Time Zone and if Trump is at or near 60%, it is a good sign he is on his way to a popular vote majority nationally. His performance in suburban Hamilton County will also serve as good indicator of suburban performance nationwide.

22 State Attorney Generals Oppose WHO Pandemic Treaty, Citing Threats to Sovereignty and Civil Liberties

Indiana is leading the way through Attorney General Todd Rokita.

A group of 22 state attorneys general (AGs) on Wednesday told President Joe Biden they oppose the federal government’s plans to grant the World Health Organization (WHO) greater powers in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.

“We will resist any attempt to enable the WHO to directly or indirectly set public policy for our citizens,” the AGs wrote in a letter organized by Montana Attorney General Austin Knudsen.

Indiana Senator Vaneta Becker, sponsored Senate Bill 4 in 2023, setting the stage for a WHO takeover of the Indiana Health Department. The current director overseeing the transition is Dr Judith Monroe. She is simultaneously the CEO of the CDC Foundation. WARNING ⚠️

Becker is currently sponsoring 2024 legislation to “mandate” vaccine schedules for Hoosiers. The VANDERBURGH County Commissioners abdicated the VANDERBURGH Health Department to the control of Dr. Judith Monroe. Becker needs to be fired from her job; she continues to circumvent Hoosier sovereignty.

The WHO must be dismantled by Congress and support the Attorney Generals that are exposing the traitors to our Country.

Nebraska Ends Income Taxes On Gold And Silver, Declares CBDC’s Are Not Lawful Money

LB 1317 is the fourth major sound money bill to become law this year, as state lawmakers across the nation scramble to protect the public from the ravages of inflation and runaway federal debt.

Under the new Nebraska law, any “gains” or “losses” on precious metal sales reported on federal income tax returns are backed out, thereby removing them from the calculation of a Nebraska taxpayer’s adjusted gross income (AGI).

Supported by the Sound Money Defense League, Money Metals Exchange, and in-state advocates, Nebraska’s sound money measure passed out of the unicameral legislature’s Revenue committee unanimously before being amended into a larger bill.

Sponsor Sen. Ben Hansen said upon news of the formal enactment of his legislation:
Gold and silver are the only forms of currency mentioned in our Constitution and with that comes the people’s ability to use it as such without penalty from the government. Saving, and using, gold and silver is our right and one of the only checks and balances to our federal government’s unending devaluation of our paper currency.

Taxpayers often realize ‘gains’ when converting the monetary metals back into Federal Reserve notes even though the ‘gains’ do not reflect an increase in real value but rather reflect the currency’s ongoing devaluation.
Despite the lack of “real” gains, the Internal Revenue Service imposes capital gains taxes on such transactions. Nebraska has now opted out at the state level, declining to carry the IRS’s position into the definition of Nebraska income.

The Mississippi State Legislature just passed the SAFER Act designed to protect females and provides protections for private spaces such as bathrooms, locker rooms, changing rooms, and other living spaces.

It also defines people as either only male or female.
