VANDERBURGH County Republican Chairman permits 4 Democrats to run on Republican Ballot.
1) Amy Canterbury
2) John Hahn
3) Rivera Maytes
4) Chinno Rivera
The Republican County Commission candidate voted Democratic in the 2022 primary
The head of the Vanderburgh County Republican Party says he fully supports Amy Canterbury as a candidate for County Commissioner.
Chairman Mike Duckworth says he signed off on Canterbury’s candidacy for the District 3 seat, even though she voted on the Democratic ballot in the 2022 Primary.
The State Form CAN - 1 is the document to contest eligibility of a candidate. Let it be known, in addition to Jason Gerteisen filing a complaint against Canterbury outlined in the attached article, two additional separate CAN - 1’s have been filed against Canterbury by registered Republican voters.
Interestingly additional challenges have been filed against John Hahn, in Perry Township, he has filed as a Republican Delegate with a Democrat voting history. His wife Jill Hahn is President of the VANDERBURGH County Council and a registered Republican. Perhaps, Duckworth has approved of this violation. The Election Board hearing will expose the facts.
Another challenge is Democrat Rivera Maytes, a former Evansville City Council member that has filed as a Republican candidate for Precinct Committeeman and State Delegate and her husband Chinno Rivera, a registered Democrat, has filed as a Republican State Delegate. Perhaps again Duckworth approved of this violation.
There are other violations among candidates that are being exposed. Mike Duckworth’s job as Republican County Chairman is to be the “keeper of the gate” to adhere to conservative values of the party and to remove infiltrators. The Uni-party has a friend in Duckworth.
In March 2025, the VANDERBURGH County precinct committeemen will elect a party chairman to affirm Republican values of conservatism.

Vanderburgh County Commission President Cheryl Musgrave has released a statement calling on Republican Party Chair Mike Duckworth to resign his post immediately.
The statement accuses Duckworth of actively supporting a “liberal Democrat” for county commissioner in this year’s Republican primary. Earlier this week, Amy Canterbury’s candidacy for Vanderburgh County Commissioner was challenged based on her voting record, which showed she voted in the Democratic Primary in 2022.
Vanderburgh County candidates file for 2024 election
Musgrave also accused Duckworth of falsifying evidence and falsely recording time sheets during his time as a sheriff’s deputy. During an incident in the 1980s, Duckworth and several others hit parked cars and initially told investigators they were chasing a hit-and-run driver at the time, which was later proven false.
“We need a Republican Party Chair who is a uniter and not a divider pursuing his own personal agenda,” said Musgrave. “We need a Republican Party Chair who competently leads and manages Republican interests in campaigns.”
Duckworth responded to the statement by saying Musgrave lost last year’s Republican mayoral primary 65% to 35%. He also said Musgrave brings most of her problems on herself by the way she treats people.
Duckworth previously told Eyewitness News he does not endorse Amy Canterbury, but signed the waiver so she could run because he felt like she is a good candidate.

Interesting! Look at the VANDERBURGH GOP website before it’s modified. Here’s a screen shot. It provides perspective why the Republican County Chairman provided waivers to four Democrats to run as candidates on the Republican ballot.
Here are the candidates provided a written waiver by the County Chairman;
1) Amy Canterbury
2) John Hahn
3) Rivera Maytes
4) Chinno Rivera
The voting record reflects these individuals have Democrat verifiable voting histories.

Here’s what the flyer says:
“We are the Vanderburgh GOP, also known as the Community Party. We represent conservative Hoosier values and morals. Whether you're a lifelong member, new to the party, or from the other side of the aisle, we welcome you. Let's get to work!”
Surprisingly the current leadership is incorporating DEI philosophies that is undermining the integrity and credibility of the Republican Party Platform. The VANDERBURGH GOP have now become a “Community Party”; which is direct violation of Republican principles.
Note the flyer transitions from Red to Purple. Is this indicative of a uni-party status? Remember the County Chairman received an “F” from the right to life, allowed for Democrat infiltration, and lost true conservative Republican representation on key government positions.

The PC Project secured 84 New “Conservative” Republicans that have not been welcomed into the local GOP ranks. There was no email or text from Duckworth’s leadership to embrace or assist the elected officials in the transition. His lack of leadership affirms a transition into a “UniParty” status rather than adhering to the Republican Platform.

👀 LOOK! It’s back!!!! The Brunson Case is alive at the Supreme Court!
3 Liberal Supreme Court Justices Recuse Themselves in Lawsuit Over 2020 Election Case
In a rare move, all three liberal Supreme Court justices recused themselves on May 28 from a case involving a lawsuit filed against them for rejecting a previous lawsuit that sought to overturn the results of the 2020 presidential election.
In the case, the Supreme Court turned away a longshot bid by Raland J. Brunson of Ogden, Utah, who has gained notoriety among Trump supporters for his legal activism
The case at hand is known as Brunson v. Sotomayor. The petitioner sued Justices Sonia Sotomayor, Elena Kagan, and Ketanji Brown Jackson in their official capacities for voting on Feb. 21, 2023, to deny the petition for certiorari, or review, in his previous lawsuit, Brunson v. Adams.
The three Democrat-appointed justices recused themselves, citing judicial disqualification mandates in the U.S. Code and the Code of Conduct for Justices of the Supreme Court of the United States, which the nation’s highest court adopted in November 2023.
The previous lawsuit was Brunson v. Adams, in which Mr. Brunson sued hundreds of members of Congress in 2021, claiming that they violated their oath of office by not investigating election fraud in the 2020 election and by certifying the election victory of then-challenger Joe Biden, over then-incumbent President Donald Trump in a vote that concluded in the early morning of Jan. 7, 2021, following the security breach at the U.S. Capitol.
The court denied a petition for rehearing on Feb. 21, 2023, in an unsigned order without providing a reason. No justices dissented.
This week, the Supreme Court denied the petition for certiorari in Brunson v. Sotomayor in an unsigned order without providing a reason. No justices dissented, but Justices Sotomayor, Kagan, and Jackson did not participate in the ruling.

Former secretary of state becomes Indiana Statehouse lobbyist
Former Secretary of State Holli Sullivan is returning to the Statehouse to lobby her onetime colleagues in the executive and legislative branches of Indiana government.
Caryl Auslander, managing principal and founder of Carmel-based Torchbearer Public Affairs, announced Thursday she's hired Sullivan as the firm's vice president.
"Holli's experience as a former member of the Indiana House Ways and Means Committee and chairperson of the Indiana House Roads and Transportation Committee will provide Torchbearer Public Affairs with strategic insight during the upcoming legislative session as lawmakers navigate complex issues like tax reform and road funding," Auslander said.
Sullivan represented the Evansville area in the Indiana House from 2016 to 2021, when Republican Gov. Eric Holcomb appointed Sullivan as Indiana's 62nd secretary of state following Connie Lawson's resignation.
However, Sullivan was defeated by Diego Morales for the Republican secretary of state nomination at the 2022 GOP state convention and she left public service when her partial term expired at the end of that year.
Torchbearer's clients include a number of business entities primarily located in central Indiana.

Subject: Is Mike Braun Interfering with the election process?
We received information regarding the Vanderburgh County chair Michael Duckworth Sr challenging three candidates because of their support for Lt Governor Micah Beckwith. We have details we will be sharing regarding details once we hear back. We know they are Michael Daughty, Ken Colbert and Cheryl Smith.
All 3 won their elections and are now being challenged to be removed by the 8th District. Here are the facts we know:
It is rules 1-6, 1-7, 1-24 & 1-25. Basically a Republican in bad standing. What is really interesting is Steve Hammer came out publicly and supported the Democrat Mayor Stephanie Terry and is not being challenged. Is this due to him working for Brauns Campaign? Is Braun using his power as Governor candidate to give his employee a free pass? Is Braun using his power to remove public supporters of Micah Beckwith?
We are being told to expect over 100 protesters at the hearing on 6/3 @ 5:15pm at the Foundry on Main in Evansville. This is when the 8th district Republican Party, chaired by Brenda Goff(goff.swi@gmail.com (mailto:goff.swi@gmail.com)) will hear both sides behind closed doors with no media allowed. Why isn't it open to media? Are they expecting to not be fair? Why else would they not show transparency?
Why will they go against the electoral process?
We were asked about another theory. The three candidates being removed are A+ rated by Right to Life Indiana. The party chair, Michael Duckworth Sr., received an F. Does this reflect a shift from State Party as Roe v Wade will be a huge contention of the November election? Is Mike Braun intentionally removing pro-life candidates in support of Republicans with F ratings?
They are attempting to remove these elected officials even after Michael Daughty won his challenge at the local election board using STATE LAW before the election!! So is that why it is a closed door meeting?
Michael Duckworth Sr waived 4 democrats to run in May, with one challenging an incumbent Republican. The candidate waived that beat the long standing incumbent is Amy Canterbury, a Democrat, whose husband was the Treasurer for a Democrat candidate in past.
So why is the Republican 8th district applying rules unequitably? Personal vendetta? Michael Duckworth is being challenged by a group for the party chair. Even after Michael Duckworth St introduced Suzanne Crouch as the next Governor at the Lincoln Day Dinner in Vanderburgh County, he is still receiving support from Braun and State party.
So is Mike Braun spear-heading this witchhunt to ensure Jamie McGuire wins Lt Governor over Micah Beckwith? Is the state party trying to shift away from the core values of Pro Life by removing Pro Life candidates?
We will know Monday at 5:15pm.
We challenge the 8th district chairperson Brenda Goff to open the hearing to allow transparency and media to hear the arguments. We challenge State party officials to answer why this disastrous attack is allowed against Republicans after democrats swept all offices in the city election in 2023 in Evansville.
With this party infighting, will this allow Democrats to sweep even more offices as happened in 2023? Will this spill over to the state and throw egg on state party?
We will continue to share details as they become available.

Confirmation that we have a dual banking system running along side the traditional system based on the Petrodollar that the Federal Reserve wants to maintain a monopoly over.
But the Supreme Court has ruled in favor of the states to adhere to their own charter outside the corporate Fed system.
The Federal Reserve doesn't respect state rights for banks to adhere to their own charter outside the control of Washington DC.
States are taking their power back. This document shows that we never needed the Federal Reserve on a legal basis.
How? Simple.
Banks with federal charters, called national banks, are
subject primarily to federal oversight and regulation. And
banks with state charters, called state banks, are subject to state oversight and regulation. Those two banking systems co-exist and compete.
Now you have it in writing. Officially.
I’m evaluating current legislation in Indiana regarding the resurrection of our State Bank.

🏳️🌈 PRIDE PARADE IN INDIANA
Evansville’s Pride parade occurred on a rainy day on Saturday June 1, 2024. It rained on their parade. Evansville Mayor Stephanie Terry was the Grand Marshal along with DEI supporting businesses, the VANDERBURGH Democrat Party, and St Lucas United Church of Christ.
Look at the Schnucks parade banner; how appropriate!! The Trans Activists are proudly pontificating. A great day of exposure was had by a few inclusive residents.
