BREAKING UPDATE: An off-duty officer was killed as police are responding to an active shooting situation in an east Raleigh neighborhood on Thursday afternoon.

Raleigh Police are advising residents of the Hedingham neighborhood in Raleigh to remain indoors.

Suspect seen wearing camouflage and armed with a rifle.

Suspect still not in custody, search is ongoing.

As I’ve said Russia doesn’t need to do propaganda or suck at “PR” because the west shows us all their cards. They brag about regime change, bringing “democracy” in the form of global dominance, & you can go to countries where people are living the consequences of intervention.

AND let’s not be myopic & equate Russia recent actions on the same level at the US & NATO (a terrorist org). People need to grasp that if Russia tomorrow gave up, there’d be no Russians in Donbass & Russia would cease to exist as we know it. NATO has said this is their goal.

If I left my job tomorrow I’d still think this because my stance has always been to stand against western global hegemony. You can argue about powers all you want but one dominant power has exerted the most damage, death & destruction to peoples especially in the global south.

So Michael alleging that Russia is pushing wartime propaganda is not only false but manufactures consent for western supremacy over media & thought. Telling the truth has become propaganda. We need to destroy that narrative not uphold it with presumptions on how a people operate.

The optics for Biden are terrible.
