This is nothing new. SEC announced months ago it was looking over certain aspects of Musk's Twitter acquisition.

This is another desperate tactic by the Twitter board and it's intel agency owners to try to derail Musk's hostile takeover of the platform.

They're pretending it's "breaking news" that the SEC has been looking over Musk's paperwork and they are trying to get the feds to hand over to Twitter the paperwork he gave to the SEC.

I don't see this going anywhere.

I suspect the reason Danchenko wanted to steer the FBI away from Dolan and towards Sergei Millian as the source for the Russian hotel 'pee tape' story and the claim of 'well developed conspiracy between the Trump campaign and the Russian government' is because Dolan is the real source for those allegations.

Danchenko lied to the FBI and proffered an anonymous caller who contacted him over the phone and related the pee tape story and the well-developed conspiracy claim, saying he thought the person he was speaking to was Millian.

UPDATE: Five people are dead, including an off-duty police officer, and at least two others are injured after a shooting on a nature trail in Raleigh, North Carolina, Thursday night, Mayor Mary-Ann Baldwin said.

A K-9 officer was also shot but suffered what Baldwin said were non-life-threatening injuries.
