BLUF: Looking for service members to be a witness that they have been asked (coerced) to take boosters or bivalent vax.

It would seem that certain units or commands are now requiring EUA boosters as a condition for deployment or maintain deployable status (and probably other things).

This may be a second and distinct EUA mandate that we want to raise in our cases for a number of reasons.

We are hoping to get some declarations asap from service members who meet the following criteria:
• Vaccinated with primary series (only) with EUA Pfizer or Moderna vaccine
• Took it pursuant to mandate rather than voluntarily (e.g., after receiving vaccination order or right around deadline)
• Now being required to take an EUA booster (to include new untested bivalent vaccine) as condition for deployment, promotion, avoid punishment, etc.

You must be willing to be a witness to the fact that there is a new EUA mandate. You do not need to be a new plaintiffs or state that they would not take it (though we would like to include some who want to be future plaintiff).
