Lawyers admitted to the International Bar Association received the rank "Esquire" -- a "noscript of nobility". "Esquire" was the principle noscript of nobility which the 13th Amendment sought to prohibit from the United States. Why? Because the loyalty of "Esquire" lawyers was suspect. Bankers and lawyers with an "Esquire" behind their names were agents of the monarchy.

The original 13th amendment :

Sussmann’s legal team is attempting to argue that Durham shouldn’t be allowed to present evidence during Sussmann’s trial that “particular client’s” made assertions of attorney client privilege over certain documents.

The obvious inference is that Durham wants to show the jury that several people involved in creating the Alfa Bank hoax and running the private spying network for Hillary Clinton tried to hide documents detailing their criminal activities from a federal grand jury by making false claims that the documents were shielded from the subpoenas by attorney client privilege.
