If you think the one world religion is “conspiracy,” then Rev. 13:8 may offer clarity. Certainly for all the world to worship someone, then all the world must be in religious union

The religious movement we see growing right now, (called Ecumenism), is literally paving the way for the worship of the Beast

Ecumenism is simply the externalization of the Masonic religion—Freemasonry teaches a generic monotheism which states Jews, Christians, Muslims, and even Hindus all worship the same deity

The Vatican also, via its Ecumenical Council (Vatican 2), dogmatically teaches that Muslims worship the same "god" as Christians do and they share the faith of Abraham

Coexistence and “interfaith” is false light (2 Cor. 11:14). While they speak of peace and union, they make void the Gospel of Christ, which clearly states there is only ONE way to Father in John 14:6 (through Him!)

Christ wants His people to be united in faith but this faith must be based on the Truth of the Gospel, not on religious compromise
