IN-APP SUPPORT
We’ve been working behind the scenes on improving the support experience in-app. These changes will be gradually rolled out over the next month(s). Customers using iOS will see it first, Android is also in the works.

With these new changes, you’ll be able to reorder your card in the app. You’ll also be able to change your own details.

REFUNDS
The way refunds are displayed will be changed. You’ll be able to see the original transaction and the refund as two separate transactions.

As part of a recent review, we found that some customers may not have received a complete set of documents with details of their Curve subnoscription’s insurance benefits and important exclusions, prior to you taking up the card. These documents are provided to help you understand the features of your cover and ensure that they meet your needs.

If you’re unsure that you have all these documents, we recommend you visit the Insurance Product Information Document (which can be found here) and is a summary of:

1 The benefits included
2 Exclusions
3 Restrictions
4 Areas of cover
5 How your policy is paid and your rights and obligations

Please ensure that you’ve understood the terms and conditions associated with your Curve Card. You should note that, among other things, the insurance product doesn’t cover:

• Claims from customers over 70 years of age
• Any claims relating directly or indirectly to pre-existing medical conditions
• The excess as shown in the terms and conditions

You should also check whether you already have insurance elsewhere, e.g. through your bank account.
