Missed out on investing? Register your interest now.

Although our round is now closed, investment amounts pledged can drop by a small percentage. This is common and is due to some investors changing their minds during the 7 day cooling off period.

If you missed out but would still like a chance to invest, you can still head to our pitch page and register your interest to invest by 12pm (BST) on Thursday, 10 June 2021.
Curve Send
We are retiring Curve Send from the app as of 6 September. You will still be able to send money to your friends until 6 September, when the functionality will be removed.

Go Back in Time
At the start of the pandemic we increased the length of the period in which you could Go Back in Time. As of 6 September we are changing the time period to 30 days. The maximum amount you can switch will still remain at £5,000.

Curve - 2021 H1 Update
Curve Support is now powered by Kustomer (instead of Zendesk)!
Support Team Software change. No In-app Ticket history

Hi everyone, some good news from the support team today! 🙌

Our customer support team have just made the jump to new software which will allow them to reply faster and gives them access to more advanced tooling so they can respond to your issues in more detail too!

In the short term, this means that you’ll no longer be able to see any open tickets and conversations in the Curve app but don’t worry- The support team are still able to see these conversations on their side with the new software and will be in touch soon. You’ll also receive an email with your entire chat history so you’ll still have a record of the messages sent from both you and the support team.

Any questions about this change? Feel free to let us know.
