I'm bracing for the inevitable shitshow that the vxggr gui will be now that I'm 80-90% done with the backend. I have to touch up my encryption/decryption functions a bit more so they don't explode everything on error, and I have to write 2 more functions so that I can actually do the encryption via the threadpool I wrote, AND I have to finish a function that creates the list of tasks to run, but none of that should be too terribly difficult. Having to learn a new GUI system like sdl is definitely going to be worse than the entire rest of the project so far
