There are places graffiti is OK, sometimes, if it's tastefully placed, I can appreciate it. There's something wonderful about finding a secluded corner of a bar or some building and seeing the scrawlings of countless people leaving their tiny mark on the world

This is about as far from that as you could possibly get. What's worse is that it's gaudy and inorganic. Obviously they're not going to let street artists actually tag the building, but they could have at least done the bare minimum to find an artist that wouldn't make what I would think of if someone told me to imagine generic graffiti
