The State Emergency Service of Ukraine has announced that 11 out of the 28 Spans on the Kakhovka Hydroelectric Power Plant alongside the Turbine and Generator Building in the City of Nova Kakhovka were Destroyed earlier today with at least 80 Settlements which are Downstream from the Dam now beginning to Flood with “Critical Levels” expected in the next 4-5 hours.
Flooding has already been Observed in some Settlements along the River including in the “Korabel” Microdistrict in the City of Kherson which is already suffering Power and Gas Outages as a result of the Disaster.

The Republic of Korea Air Force (South Korea) has announced that earlier this morning it had Detected and Tracked at least 4 Chinese and 4 Russian Military Aircraft that had entered the Korean Air-Defense Identification Zone (KADIZ) over the Sea of Japan and the South China Sea causing the “Scramble” of F-15 and F-16 Fighter Jets who Intercepted and Escorted the Aircraft until they Exited the Zone; the Korean Ministry of National Defense stated that the Aircraft did not enter South Korean Airspace during the Interception.
U.S. Intelligence Officials have told NBC that they have Evidence of Russian Forces planning to Destroy the Nova Kakhovka Dam which suffered a “Severe Failure” yesterday causing Massive Flooding to Downstream Settlements the Kherson Region; it was additional stated that the White House is working to Declassify Documents related to what is believed to be a recent Russian Plot to Destroy the Dam and place the Blame on Ukraine.
The Russian-Occupied City of Nova Kakhovka in the Kherson Region has so far seen the most Significant Flooding from the Destruction of the Kakhovka Hydroelectric Power Station and Dam yesterday with most of the City under roughly 32-Feet of Water including the Administrative Complex as well as a Zoo near the City that was also completely enveloped by the Flooding reportedly causing the Death of all the Animals.

Russian Forces in the Occupied City of Bakhmut have released a video that shows some of the Salt Mine Tunnels that run Underneath the City as well as the surrounding Region; these Salt Mines reportedly consists of 100s of Miles of Tunnels where Heavy Fighting took place during the Battle of Bakhmut between Ukrainian Defenders and Wagner PMC Forces who at points are claimed to have used Tear Gas in an attempt to “Flush Out” the Defenders.
All of Ukraine has been placed under an Air Raid Alert due to the launch of at least 7 MiG-31Ks which are capable of carrying Kh-47M2 “Kinzhal” Hypersonic Missiles; I have never seen this many MiG-31Ks Airborne at once, this is Extremely Unusual and Worrying and indicates that a Mass Attack utilizing Kh-47s may be Imminent.

The Ukrainian Armed Forces appears to have launched a Major Probing-Operation along the Frontline in the Zaporizhzhia Region today with Heavy Artillery and Rocket Fire being reported against multiple Russian-Occupied Settlements and Positions in the Region including the City of Tokmak where Residents are claiming they are currently witnessing the most “Significant Shelling” of the War.
Russian Sources were reporting roughly an hour ago that a Ukrainian Tank Brigade alongside Mechanized Elements had begun to Advance from the City of Orikhiv towards the City of Takmak in the Zaporizhzhia Region but after Heavy Fighting involving Russian Air and Armor Reinforcements the Attack has been Halted with claims that some Ukrainian Units had “Refused Orders” to Advance and other Units suffering Significant Casualties.

Reports of Ukrainian Strikes on Luhanskteplovoz or the Luhansk Locomotive Works near the Russian-Occupied City of Luhansk in Eastern Ukraine; Local Sources state that at least 4 Arrivals occurred after Air Defenses Batteries were observed attempting to Shoot Down incoming Projectiles.
The “Luhanskteplovoz” Complex has been Inoperable since March of 2015 when the Facility and surrounding Industrial Park were Destroyed and Looted, although it has been claimed since the beginning of the Russian Invasion of Ukraine that Russian Forces were using the Complex as a Forward Operations Base.

Russian Sources have released Drone Images that reportedly show the Ukrainian Offensive yesterday near the City of Orikhiv in the Zaporizhzhia Region, in the Photos there appears to be at least 2 German-Produced Leopard 2 Tanks alongside a number of APCs including American M113 Armored Personnel Carriers that come “Under Fire” from Russian Artillery with multiple pieces of Equipment seeming to have been Destroyed. These Photos if True are the 1st Visual Confirmation that Leopard 2s are being used by Ukrainian Forces in Frontline Combat though nothing in the Photos show that either of the Tanks were Damaged or Destroyed with the Equipment that was hit by Russian Artillery seeming to be APCs or IFVs.
