COGAT reached out to World Health Organization (WHO) Officials at the Hospital, who confirmed that an Explosive Device had caused Minor Shrapnel Damage to to Convoy, but Serious Damage to the Roof and Courtyard of the Hospital; in addition, at least Six Children were Injured in the Attack.
