Hezbollah claimed Responsibility for the Attack, which they claim was aimed at Tzrifin Military Base to the South of Tel Aviv.

The ICBM’s Re-entry Vehicle flew over 4,200 Miles to the U.S. Army Space and Missile Defense Command's Ronald Reagan Ballistic Missile Defense Test Site at Kwajalein Atoll in the Western Pacific; with the Test being a Demonstration that the United States’ Nuclear Deterrent continues to be Safe, Secure, Reliable and Effective.
