Despite the Missile being Intercepted, they of course claim the Attack was Successful.

A Spirit Airlines’ Flight attempting to land earlier today at Toussaint Louverture International Airport in Port-au-Prince, Haiti was struck with Small-Arms Fire from the Ground, causing them to divert to the Dominican Republic. The Aircraft suffered only Minor Damage, but a Flight Attendant was grazed by a Bullet and treated at a nearby Hospital. All Major Airlines have cancelled Commercial Flights to and from Port-au-Prince until further notice.

The JS Ukushima (MSC-686), a Sugashima-Class Minesweeper of the Japanese Maritime Self-Defense Force, caught fire and sunk earlier today off the Coast of Western Japan. The Ship was sailing near the Island of Kyushu when a Fire occurred in her Engine Room; despite several hours of Firefighting and Casualty-Control Operations, alongside assistance from several other Ships, including an additional Minesweeper, JS Toyoshima (MSC-685), the Fire continued to burn and eventually resulted in the sinking of the Ship. A Sailor who worked in the Engine Room on the Ukushima, Petty Officer Third Class Tatsunori Koga, was killed during the Incident.
