Over 1,000 Hezbollah Militants, several Hundred of which were Members of the “Elite” Radwan Force, fled the City of Homs earlier tonight during the withdrawal of the Syrian Arab Army (SAA) from the Outskirts of the City. Most of the Militants have retreated into Northern Lebanon, away from the ongoing Fighting.
