The Israel Defense Force announced earlier today the Death of 4 Soldiers with the 9563th Battalion of the 226th Reserve Paratroopers Brigade, who were Killed as a result of an “Operational Incident” in Southern Lebanon on Sunday. The Soldiers, identified as Major Evgeny Zinershain, a 43-Year-Old from Zichron Yaakov; Captain Sagi Ya'akov Rubinshtein, a 31-Year-Old from Lavi; Master Sergeant Binyamin Destaw Negose, a 28-Year-Old from Beit Shemesh; and Sergeant First Class Erez Ben Efraim, a 25-Year-Old from Ramat Gan; are said to have been clearing a Tunnel Network near Labbouneh, when a nearby Hezbollah Weapons Cache was detonated by Israeli Forces, causing the collapse of the Tunnel.

Earlier today, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky gave a recap of his meetings with U.S. President-Elect Donald J. Trump and French President Emmanuel Macron. One thing that was highlighted was Macron’s previously announced idea to send a multinational force to Ukraine to enforce a ceasefire.
