A Search-and-Rescue Operation has been launched by Alaskan Authorities, the U.S. Coast Guard, and the U.S. Air Force, for a Bering Air Flight carrying 10 Souls onboard, that went missing earlier over the Norton Sound, while flying between Unalakleet and Nome in Northwestern Alaska. Searches are being carried out both over the Land and over the Water, due to concerns that “Poor Visibility and Weather” may have caused the Aircraft to go off its Course and crash while approaching Nome.

A U.S. Coast Guard HC-130J “C2003” from Coast Guard Air Station Kodiak, has arrived over the Norton Sound to assist with the Search-and-Rescue Effort.

The Aircraft missing is reported to be a Cessna 208 Caravan, which has room for a Pilot and 9 Passengers. Bering Air flies several Daily Flights between Nome Airport and Unalakleet Airport in Northwestern Alaska.

U.S. President Donald J. Trump signed an Executive Order earlier today, sanctioning the International Criminal Court (ICC) for what the White House called “Illegitimate and Baseless Actions targeting America and our Closest-Ally, Israel.” According to the Order, the Sanctions could include blocking the purchase of Property or Assets, and barring ICC Officials and their Families from entering the United States. The Order is likely in response to Arrest Warrants that were issued last November by the ICC, for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and other Senior Israeli Officials who were accused of War Crimes and Crimes against Humanity for the ongoing War in Gaza, this is despite Israel not being a Member of the International Criminal Court.

U.S. Coast Guard HC-130J “C2003” is returning to Coast Guard Air Station Kodiak, after completing its search near Nome and along the Norton Sound, for the Bering Air Cessna 208B Grand Carrivan that went missing earlier while conducting a Regularly Scheduled Flight between Unalakleet and Nome in Northwestern Alaska. Boats and other Aircraft are continuing to search for the Flight, though so far there has been no sign of the Aircraft or its 10 Passengers and Crew.

According to Al-Arabiya, a Defense Official has stated that U.S. President Donald J. Trump is expected to soon adopt a more Aggressive Strategy to tackling the Iranian-Backed Houthis in Western Yemen, than Former President Joe Biden did; with Attacks against the Houthis likely to “Escalate and Intensify” in the coming weeks, as the Trump Administration attempt to gather a Coalition of Allies in the Region to confront the Houthis.

Hamas claims to have handed over the List of the Hostages to be released tomorrow, to Israel.

On January 23rd, the Russian Electronic Surveillance Ship, Kildin, who was operating in the Eastern Mediterranean off the Coast of Syria, suffered some kind of Damage Control Casualty; with Flames and Black Smoke observed coming from its Smokestack by several nearby Vessels, including a number of NATO Warships. One of the NATO Ship was able to capture an Emergency Broadcast from the Ship to another nearby Vessel, which stated “Our ship is in difficulty, so keep your distance…Warship on your course…I am drifting. I’m not under command.” The Fire burned for at least Four Hours, as the Crew attempted to contain the Blaze and the Kildin’s Lifeboats were prepared for launch; with multiple NATO Warships offering aid to the burning Russian Spy Ship, though the Ship never responded to any NATO Hails.

The Three Hostages who will be released tomorrow by Hamas from the Gaza Strip include 52-Year-Old Eli Sharabi, who’s Wife and Daughters were murdered within their Home in Kibbutz Beeri during the October 7th Massacre, and who’s Brother was killed while being held in Gaza; 34-Year-Old Or Levy, who’s Wife was killed during the Massacre at the Supernova Music Festival; and 56-Year-Old Ohad Ben Ami, who’s Wife, Raz Ben Ami, was release from Gaza during an Exchange in November 2023.

The Commanding Officer of U.S. Central Command, General Michael E. Kurilla traveled this week to Israel, where he met with Israeli Chief of General Staff, Lieutenant General Herzi Halevi; Commander of the Israeli Air Force, Major General Tomar Bar; Director of the Israel Security Agency (Shin Bet), Ronan Bar; and the Director of Mossad, David Barnea as well as other Senior Military and Security Officials. During which, discussions were had regarding the Houthis in Yemen, Syria, Lebanon, Iranian-Backed Forces in Iraq, and Iran; with General Kurilla also receiving Updates from American and Israeli Officers, about the U.S. Army’s Terminal High-Altitude Area Defense (THAAD) Battery deployed in Southern Israel.
