U.S. Africa Command (AFRICOM) has announced that it carried out Strikes at the request of the Republic of Somalia on March 1st, against Al-Shabaab Terrorists operating near the Town of Ceel Baraf in the State of Hirshabelle, resulting in the elimination of several Terrorists and a Vehicle.

In response to an additional 10% tariff on all Chinese goods from the U.S., the Chinese Ministry of Finance (MOF) has announced tariffs on imported U.S. goods starting on March 10, 2025. The MOF announced 15% tariffs on chicken, wheat, corn, and cotton imports and 10% tariffs on sorghum, soybeans, pork, beef, aquatic products, fruits, vegetables, and dairy product imports. The tariffs, different from the 10 and 15 percent tariffs that targeted U.S. energy exports and agricultural machinery, further target the U.S. agricultural industry.

In addition to the 10 and 15 percent tariffs on U.S. agricultural imports announced, the Chinese Ministry of Commerce has announced that 15 U.S. companies will be added to the Unreliable Entities List and will have export controls against them. The added companies are General Dynamics Land Systems, Skydio Inc., Group W, Leidos, Red Six Solutions, Sourcemap Inc., Aerkomm Inc., Gibbs & Cox Inc., Neros Technologies, Shield AI Inc., Rapid Flight LLC, IP Video Market Info Inc., HavocAI, General Atomics Aeronautical Systems Inc., and AeroVironment.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky states regarding the “Mineral Deal” between Ukraine and the United States, “Ukraine is ready to sign it in any time and in any convenient format. We see this agreement as a step toward greater security and solid security guarantees, and I truly hope it will work effectively.”

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky appears to confirm his agreement to a Partial-Ceasefire which was being discussed between the U.K. and France during the recent Summit in London, stating, “the first stages could be the release of prisoners and truce in the sky — ban on missiles, long-ranged drones, bombs on energy and other civilian infrastructure — and truce in the sea immediately, if Russia will do the same.”

The U.S. State Department has officially designated the Houthis in Western Yemen as a Foreign Terrorist Organization.

The Premier of Ontario, Doug Ford has announced a 2-Phase Plan of Retaliation for the recent U.S. Tariffs placed on Canada, with Phase 1 including the removal of American Liquor and other Goods from Stores within Ontario and an end to Public Contacts with U.S-based Companies, including Starlink. Phase 2 of the Plan will involve a 25% Export Tax on Canadian Electricity used to power over 1.5 Million Homes across Minnesota, Michigan and New York, as well as possible Taxes and/or Restrictions placed on Rare Earth Minerals exported to the United States. Additionally, Ford has threatened to totally cut-off Energy Exports from one of Ontario’s Nuclear Power Plants, which provides Electricity to several Northern American States, if U.S. President Trump decides to increase the Tariffs on Canada.

Following today’s post by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, in which he stated Ukraine was ready sign the mineral deal with the United States at “any time and in any convenient format,” the chances on Polymarket’s betting market that Ukraine agrees to the deal before April have shot up to over 70%, after it had recently dipped below 40% after last week’s heated-exchange in the Oval Office.

The Houthi Terrorist Group in Western Yemen is claiming to have downed yet another U.S. Air Force MQ-9 “Reaper” Surveillance Drone today off the Coast of Al-Hudaydah, over the Red Sea. If confirmed, this would be at least the 15th American Drone downed by the Houthis since 2023.
