when uploading Real Connor's memory? The vast majority of the "deviant moment" Connor has experienced in his life, up until the last one with Markus at Jericho, was with Hank... so, how does it work? If Fake Connor knew how to avoid deviancy in real connor's memory, then why is Cyberlife so keen on finding out more about deviancy?
10. The way Kara manages to recover her memory so quickly in Zlatko's house does not make sense. I mean, I'm ok with her remembering Alice... just not in the span of 10 minutes! Furthermore, if she's not deviant anymore, why should she free the creations of her master? This either tells me deviancy is not stored in the memory of the android OR it's permanently in the memory of the machine, impossible to reset. Either way, an explenation was needed in my opinion.
11. I get Detroit is a big city, but... If I were cyberlife, knowing a bunch of androids is assembling an army/population (and they know it, they sent Connor after them!) somewhere, the first thing I'd do if a bunch of revolutionary androids stole one of my trucks would be to use a GODDAMN LOCALIZER. Because no, I can't believe a 3 billion dollars company shipping highly expensive gear will not use localizers on their trucks, it's absolutely unbelievable;
12. (Not a plot hole, but...) the way Markus wins the pacific protest is really beyond me. In my run, Markus kissed North, and the president of the USA said to stop the killing. Ok, fine... but this is not the first time an Android shows highly human-like behaviours, what about the n-th past times she closed her eyes? What if Markus and North are just "pretending" to trick the humans? I'm not saying they are, but from the USA president perspective, I would be WAY more careful. What would have been believable was a mass of human partecipants joining the protest peacefully on the streets, since the public opinion really likes the peaceful androids protest. I'm not saying events are impossible as they showed them, I'm just saying they're hard to believe.
13. (again, no plot hole, but) Why does Ralph first treat Alice as a human (offering her "dead animal as food") and then like an Android ("the humans must not find her")? He proved he couldn't recognize Kara as an android without the LED, so how was he able to recognize Alice afterwards?

Anyway, it's very hard to write a game with so many choices with no plot hole, but what really makes me think is that it would have been very easy to fix all this. I gave you some easy solutions in my questions as well!

Increasing Public Opinion at Hostile Tier after The Strarford Tower

So im currently doing my first playthough and rn my public opinion is at hostile because I shot the operator (and other stuff). Im wondering if its still possible to salvage my public opinion to successfully complete the peaceful ending, or am I cooked and should just lean towards a violent uprising.

Is it just me?

Or is the extremely slow and rigid movement in this game preventing anyone else from wanting to do any repeat play throughs?

This is my first time playing the game, I’m almost done with first play through.

There have been many big choices where I want to see where they would’ve taken the story differently, but walking from one place to another or even just between points of interest that you need to analyze feels excruciating and just serves to make the game take wayyy longer than it should.

Maybe that was the plan? Make it take forever to go anywhere so that they could market the game as taking X amount of hours to complete?

finished for the first time- my thoughts

so, i just finished this game for the first time ever. needless to say i am absolutely distraught. i ended up getting markus killed by sacrificing himself, which then lead to the jericho ambush. kara and alice escaped as well as connor who obviously blew up the ship. however, this is where shit hit the fan.

alice and kara made it to the bus and got on to get to the border. when i got there, of course they just had to be checking everyone to see if they’re an android or not. as a woman irl, i was super maternal to alice so i made sure she made it across, no questions asked. however, i only had 2 options in my playthrough. i could either sacrifice myself for alice to be safe + with rose, or i could risk getting us both killed. of course i sacrificed myself. and let me just say, that ending for kara is literally the SADDEST thing ive ever seen. my heart was hurting for her and alice.

as for connor, i ended up making it to all the androids in the cyberlife tower. a second connor showed up with hank and made me question my entire existence as connor. i wanted to save all the androids, but i also didn’t want hank to die. hank told me to not listen to connor 2.0, so i didnt. i woke up the other androids. next thing i know, hank is dead and connor (me) is getting shot repeatedly by connor 2.0. alas, i finally shoot connor 2.0 and all of the androids woke up. however, connor did end up dying (im assuming).

this game wrecked me emotionally, but i am so excited to replay over and over to see what i missed and what i can change. i feel like i missed a huge portion of the game since markus got killed so early, but im not sure. anyways, i loved the game and will be replaying!

Just beat for the 1st time

Had no one else to share with 😅.

I went into this without any knowledge or any expectations, other than what I saw in the trailer or screenshot in the store page.

I was very impressed and enjoyed the story throughout and wow some really crazy events. Zleko(?) - released the monsters and well deserved.

My Connor became a deviant and unleashed the androids. Hank and I are best friends. Lol. loved knocking out that dick head cop.

Markus lead a successful assault on the camp. Was lovers with North.

Kara and Alice got captured, but we're saved/survived the camp. Apparently only 7% got this, so im wondering what other routes it could have gone. I tried to save the Jerry's and tried to sneak up, but got caught.

Great supporting cast of characters, well voice acted.

Wondering if any of the other games from same developer as this quality?

For a game that has tons of choices and possibilities, and also that flowchart that can be filled in, it’s a sham how the game doesn’t have a button to skip cutscenes that you’ve already seen. I can’t get a mod to skip the cutscenes either because I play the game on PlayStation 😭

so like i was watching a playthrough (and when i played) when machine connor catches markus in the hold hes like "my mission is to kill u, and i never fail my mission" and im like wait, thats a human emotion, hes being super arrogant as he is about to kill him. a machine would just see him and shoot and not give him a chance to fight.

Having problems

As the noscript says im having issues. After watching a YouTube do a playthrough, i went and bought it. Ive just loaded it up and im stuck in the elevator. When I got out of it, I couldnt get the camera to follow Connor. Also when he started walking, I couldn't get him to stop until I was stuck in another corner. I really want to play this game but im starting to get really frustrated why it refuses to work properly for me. Im playing on keyboard and mouse but also tried an xbox controller. Both yielded the same results.

Can anyone help me please. Im really looking forward to playing this game but at the minute, I just cannot get it to work. Please, someone help me with this issue
