Pc freezes when I try launching Detroit become human

Pc keeps freezing when I try to start Detroit become human.
Sometimes it freezes completely and sometimes I can move the mouse cursor but it doesn't respond to clicks.
No error codes.
Only way to get the pc out of freezer stage is to force restart with power button.
Tried to uninstall and re instal same problem

GTX 970 and i5-6500 24gb Ram
Updated drivers for the GTX 970.

I tried GTA v enchanted and it works perfectly.
