Trump's impeachment defense lawyers have issued responses concerning the trial.

They cited the Constitution in that Trump cannot be convicted of wrongdoing because he is no longer President.

What does this mean for the theory of Donald Trump still being President, and us having two presidents (one for the Corporation, one for the Republic)?

Well, if the Senate is adamant in moving forward with the trial conviction, then they must assert that Trump is STILL President and therefore subject to a valid trial. But this would expose the Deep State in an excrutiating, self destructive way.

If the Senate chooses to not sustain any notion of Trump still holding the seat of President, then he is thereby not subject to any conviction.

Simply put: the Deep State Senate must expose themselves or let the impeachment go.
