After posting this video on Youtube a viewer sent me these papers proving the payment/contracts of organizations paying protestors to cause havoc.

These tire-deflating devices are being distributed in the Dinkytown neighborhood of Minneapolis, near the University of Minnesota, so people can sabotage police officers, endangering their lives as they drive vehicles with flat tires. This is criminal, and teaching college kids to act this way is dangerous for all involved.

Disrupting law enforcement is illegal. If you encourage someone to perform an illegal act, it is also illegal. Aiding and Abetting a Crime (Including Obstruction) If you pay (i.e., hire) or supply tools to someone to interfere with law enforcement—such as obstructing officers, hindering an arrest, or preventing the execution of legal processes—this falls under Minnesota's aiding and abetting statute. You would be held criminally liable for the underlying crime as if you committed it yourself. Statute: Minn. Stat. § 609.05 (Liability for Crimes of Another).
