Throwback to this day in 2015 when I had to say goodbye to the 300 six cylinder in Big Pabby.... The 1st engine I ever had built, the dude that did the machine work didn't do half of the shit he charged me for and eventually the block developed a crack between cylinder #1 and 2...

Yesterday morning the ignition module in the brand assed new Pertronix distributor took a shit on me rolling 60mph in the middle of rush hour traffic! Cruising along just fine and then it was like I reached down and shut the truck off..... So I finally dodged enough traffic to get it rolled over to the side and called AAA for a tow, needless to say the the AAA membership with the 3-4 free tows has more than paid for itself over the years.
Anyway got the truck home safely and luckily the distributor was still under warranty so they're going to swap me out. Atleast I've still got the Mercury (the car that set in a field for 9 years) that's running.

Crunch time trying to get everything cleaned up and painted so I can get the Van back together while the truck is down.

New steering coupler, steering box and pitman arm installed as well as drivers side I-beam, and radius arm.

Got the drivers side done.
