Hi friends, Happy October 4th!

Ever since our "L" for Lightening Up week in SuperWellness, juicing + digital detox week, I've returned to online world with fresh renewed mindful awareness.

Reclaiming our time, energy and attention. Reclaiming our lives.

What a gift, to turn down the external noise, turn up the inner voice. More silent stillness. More inner listening. Pure delish! 🍓

So what's this thing about October 4th people seem to be talking about?

Well I asked my inner guidance and got... blank. total blank. nothing. no thing. The guidance said it has nothing to do with me and to mind my own business. Do my life and operate as usual.

Maybe it will be relevant to some other folks? 🤷‍♀️ but my inner guidance said it was not relevant to my life. I encourage everyone to trust their own guidance.

Q: So Dr. Edith, what are your plans on this day?

I'm so happy you ask! We now have a fantastic, brand new project-based learning program for older kids in my local area. I am so stoked about it I can hardly contain myself!!! This current group spans 8yo-16yo from awesome local Free thinking families. It. is. AWESOME!

We are doing Sacred Geometry, followed by a nature field trip plus water rocket launcher project with a scientist/engineer dad who is leading the program.

So we are busy learning, growing, blossoming, living a rich and beautiful life.

Be warned - we will be super-blasting the world with our healthy joyfilled frequencies!
