Happy Spring! I am freshly back from my retreat week and so happy to reconnect. 🌲🧘‍♀️🌳

The experience was beyond all expectations.

Avalanches of tears of pure love, cleaning up, clearing up. Shining the light of awareness on huge blindspots that were limiting possibilities before. Lifetimes of work. Intense discomforts, massive stretching of limits, and blessings upon blessings.

Since getting back from the retreat, I have been very slow to return to the online world.
