There are things you can do at the local level. Right in your hometown! Look up submitting warrants at town meetings that can be created into bylaws. For instance, someone i know submitted a warrant that states no more masking of children (unless it is put into LAW), so next time the town tries to mandate masks they have to refer to the bylaw. It is really not difficult to do. Small things lead to bigger things! Just search " how to write a warrant article", or how to submit a 'citizens petition' warrant article for town meeting"
