With this speech and Dr. Martin's brave revelations, I am dumbfounded as to why the people of this country are not expressing any outrage over what has been done and to the terrorism to which we remain vulnerable.

Interesting story, I forgot when I was cleaning the other day that I pulled the plug on the bed earthing mat and forgot to plug it back in. So it's been off the last couple of nights. Last night I was in bed about midnight and just didn't feel right, Couldn't find the right position almost felt achy not in a getting sick sense but just stiff. Then I remembered the plug and put it back in within 15 minutes I was sound asleep and even though I slept in a little bit later this morning which means I spent a little more time immobile, there's no stiffness etc.

Sometimes you don't realize something is doing some good until you stop using it.
