Part of it must be genetics, my mom and both grandmas had every smooth, beautiful skin into their 80s and 90s. The other 50% could be life choices. Other than a few periods during college, I've never smoked.

I have never taken or been addicted to drugs, including cannabis, I eat lots of fresh fruits and vegetables. Interestingly in the 70s and 80s spent a lot of time in the sun without much in the way of sunscreens. I've never had a facelift although I'm not against them.
