MALONE v RUBY HEARINGS: MALONE BEGS COURT FOR ADDITIONAL 3 MONTH CONTINUANCE
Very late last night I received a communication attached here, from my legal team, marked as official notice from the Judge that Malone asked for a three month postponement so that he could secure a new attorney!
I am also in possession of a letter from Robert Malone to the Federal District Court, dated September 20, 2023 advising that he knew on August 16 that his lawyer had become unavailable but HE WAITED 5 WEEKS to advise the court that he wanted a new lawyer.
The Court granted 30 days for Mr. Malone to find a new lawyer.
He just won't let this baseless lawsuit go.
