Regarding the sourcing of raw milk and other healthy foods, its very important for all of us to remember that we need to follow through on the authenticity. It underscores the need for us to form relationships with local small farmers and co-ops so that we can be educated on their processes, and be assured of the safety of what we're consuming.

This is going to take great effort and time for all of us, but in the long run it's critical because we now know that our government, the agencies, and the authorities that were supposed to have oversight over these processes have been corrupted.
