You can protect yourself primarily by being debt-free and owning unencumbered assets within your direct control.

You don’t want to own something that is simultaneously someone else’s liability. That’s because the legal structures are already in place to take it from you during the next crisis.

Crucially, this includes fiat currency in bank accounts.

Remember, fiat currency is the unbacked liability of a bankrupt government.
Further, once you deposit currency into a bank, it is no longer yours. Technically and legally, it is the bank’s property, and what you own instead is an unsecured liability of the bank.

As The Great Taking unfolds, you won’t want to be on the other end of unsecured liabilities or IOUs of any kind.

I believe The Great Taking could happen sooner than most realize—and it won’t be pretty for many.

Banks are different from brokerage houses, although you need to doublecheck your brokerage to make sure it is not tied up in federal debt

My close ties that are advising me tell me that several brokerage houses do not carry federal debt and therefore they are a little bit safer places to keep your money on paper

… regular banks are totally out and very risky going forward

The reason many of us have been telling you to get out of the cities and or to prepare in various ways to survive the cities is because that's where the density and population will be, that's where supply chain disruptions will be felt most severely, and that's where they can control through smart systems your movement, your access to money in banks, and other freedom of movement

Have a back up plan, "bug out" plan if you must stay in the cities.

But it's more convenient to stay where you are, suffer, and complain about a government you now know is trying to harm and kill you.

OK I think we're getting into a circular discussion about the smart meters and protecting yourself from radiation that is incorrect
