The second picture is a new declaration granting artificial intelligence, as though it was a person, to be able to prescribe medication's for people - you better put a lot more pressure on your healthcare providers when they want to prescribe something for you, ask where it's coming from, ask how he or she relies on any artificial intelligence, they must be held accountable
