The pilot in commanding/flying (who was in training )position has been identified as a transgender "woman" meaning that she is really a he
Was this a DEI retaliation at the administration for its reversal of these policies in the military? This is still under speculation and the government is being very tightlipped about it

My personal opinion and bias is that transgenderism should not be enabled, in my opinion it's a highly complex emotional and mental disorder requiring psychiatric and advanced psychological support, not surgical removal and chemical castration of a human being to look like the other sex. Like many other things that science claims to be an authority on, the superficial pseudo psychology that supports this kind of thing are part of the movement to normalize the abnormal and criminalize the normal as well as any dissent
Last but not least, I fully support President Trump's Executive Order to eradicate DEI policies from our government, especially our military. It is my personal and professional opinion that someone with this kind of emotional and mental disorganization should not be flying multimillion dollar pieces of military equipment and entrusted with any part of the security of our nation.
