the temperature, weather, or intensity of sunlight. The bill increases the fine for any person who
conducts a weather modification operation from $500 to $10,000.

The bill repeals all other existing weather modification statutes.
The bill removes the authority for state agencies to study emergency-mitigation-related matters"
