(this is a defined term set forth in the reference above (page 4).

Dear Dr. Jane,
I was encouraged to reach out to you to tell you my story.  In a nutshell, here it is.
 Last week, I saved my mom’s life. As a 77 yrs old woman with emphysema, she seems to get chronic bronchitis once or twice a year. This fall, it lingered longer than normal. After 8 weeks of suffering, she returned to her GP to request a different medication. Instead, she was coerced into going to the ER where she was diagnosed with COVID-19, thrown into the Covid ward at a local hospital (despite not really having Covid) and left for dead. Fortunately, I found a way to get her out! I believe everybody needs to know the work around that I discovered and use it! The following events transpired within a 24hrs period. With no one assigned as her medical POA, I had to coach her on what to do and what to say to her Covid prison wardens. By having her request hospice, by law the hospital was forced to release her. Once she was home, I had a nurse awaiting her arrival who began administering ivermectin, budecinide, zinc, vitamin C & D that a wonderful doctor prescribed as well as a rehydrating IV drip. (Can you believe those bastards didn’t give her water, food, or a blanket while she was hospitalized?)
In just a few days, her predicament has changed dramatically. She’s now on the road to a full recovery. The truth is Covid is easily treated, but the hospital protocols are what has killed so many people. 
David, her husband, and I also got exposed because she picked it up in the Covid ward at the hospital and brought it home to us. I rushed out and got the monoclonal antibodies and my new doctor prescribed the same stuff he had for my mother…2 days later, I was fit as a fiddle. David is recovering well as well. To say that it was a stressful few days is an understatement. 
In my attempt to stay informed, I had watched you on the Stew Peters show, read the studies, heard the reports and became knowledgeable about the effective early treatments for Covid, but never imagined that I would have to break my mother out of Covid prison and use that knowledge to pull her back from the brink of death with it—but I did! I'm feeling so blessed that I had the guidance of some very awake medical professionals who help me along the way. 
I want to shout this message of empowerment out to the world: 
1) Immediately assign someone as your medical POA who can advocate on your behalf in case you’re admitted to hospital;
2) Coach people to demand hospice if they’re ever caught in similar circumstances. 
The key is to get them out of the hospital at all costs as fast as possible. Once at home, there are plenty of resources to get them the proper treatments for expeditious recoveries.
I’d love the opportunity to tell you the whole story and see how I can get involved to educate the masses. The big failure is people feel they are helpless, but they’re not! By simply demanding hospice, they immediately take possession of an important key to escape the modern day gas ovens and avoid the inevitable death that lies in the hospital protocols, and puts them on the road to recovery.
