New York State Supreme Court Judge Richard Dollinger is forcing a child to get the bioweapon shot in ROCHESTER NEW YORK — against the father’s wishes — the father is a scientist at Rochester Institute of Technology, but this “acting” Progressive Democrat Judge sided with the mother, an attorney who frequents his Courtroom.

This murderous judge, Dollinger, an acting Sup Ct judge, appointed temporarily from the lower court of claims ordered an immediate bio weapon injection for the child.
