This is called a PDUFA fee or Prenoscription Drug User Fee Act, which started in 1992 because FDA was taking so long to review clinical trial data for drug approval, like several years, while people died waiting for medication that could help them - It was designed to give companies more specific expectations for the Agency’s decision.
The problem is I’ve never seen one for $3 million and I have no idea how this one was calculated except it might’ve been jacked up since Pfizer seems to be running the tables all over the world right now
Why is our United States Congress sitting silent while this company is destroying our military, our babies and children, our DNA, our economy, and our nation???
