Dr. Ardis did exactly the right thing. Got his theory out there to maximize the number of people to research it. Seems to me that the people not willing to do the research or dismissing it out-of-hand don't want their personal COVID cash cow to end.

Mask mandate overturned by federal judge update
So in reviewing this with my judicial analyst, here is some preliminary interpretation:
1. If there is no other case in review across the federal court system, this will take precedence
2. Depending on the level of the federal court system this district court could be reviewed at an appellet level and also ultimately by the supreme court
3. Mandates that impede individual liberties or individuals themselves is a very high threshold for the Biden administration to overcome
