There’s a lot of different ways we’re protected from all of this. Unfortunately, many people do not understand how much power we have. If you would like additional laws and rights regarding other things let me know.

We have so much power that a business can not even ask us to be vaccinated or masked to enter their facility. They’ll say they’re a private business, which they are, but they are open to the public for commerce. They can not have rules and regulations that go above and beyond the laws, nor can they infringe our constitutional rights. As long as we’re not breaking a law in their business or disturbing the peace, they can not deny us entry, or remove us from their business. They will claim you’re on private property and/or you’re trespassing, but that’s simply not true. They’re open to the public for commerce. This would apply if I was on property that is not open to the public i.e. your house/property, or private club. An example would be a country club.

This one here is about denial of participation. Public Accommodation, Participation, Benefits. The business cannot deny you or remove you because they’re open to the public (you) for commerce. ⬇️

This protects you from discrimination. They can’t deny you based on anything. Examples would be something like race, religion, vaccinated or not vaccinated, mask on or mask off. ⬇️

Should any business violate just these laws, they are breaking the laws set in place for We The People. Unfortunately, most Americans don’t know, or understand our God given rights. If 20 people all went into a business and were denied entry, or removed for any of the above laws, and these 20 people team up and created a class action lawsuit they would win in court. That’s if they denied you. But any business knows they won’t deny because they know the laws and they know what will happen. The bigger the crowd, the bigger the power.

All of this is just a small scale of our power. There’s so much more.
