I have to say that I have less inflammation, bloating and much more energy and it hasn’t even been a week.
And in spite of the day by day responsibility to collate credible health information, I am feeling greater clarity of mind and strength.
I’m also moving through all of this and not missing a beat in my work. THAT’S energy!

I want to make something really clear - I will never direct message anyone to share any promotional information I will only do that publicly on my channel
And then there are saboteurs in my channel that falsely report me for sending out spam. If telegram with simply verify people as it to their real identity we wouldn’t have this problem
It is for this reason that when I see someone sowing dissension or doubt in the channel, they are saboteurs and I will remove them otherwise this is the result
