I thought you’d like to see what we did (attached). I would be honored if you can get this to as many military people as is humanly possible. The suit is a Declaratory Judgment where we’re asking the Court to agree what the law says and order the Military to not force or compel shots. There are clear exemptions and they must follow the law. It also states that the President cannot waive someone else’s Informed Consent absent a litany of steps that must be taken and even then you can’t force military members with exemptions, such as being covid recovered, to take the shots. That is true whether the shots are approved or not.”

There is an attempted hit job operation going on in my Telegram channel with a false narrative that I “stole“ the credit for this notification of a lawsuit against The U.S. Department of Defense, filed by America’s Frontline Doctors Legal Team lead Atty Todd Callender who, in this email to me with all of the appropriate documents, requested that I share this with military families and as many as possible on my social media.
The clue that this is a hit job is the attempt to disparage my reputation by falsely calling me names.
I never, at any time, claimed credit for this lawsuit or any other work of ALFD. I attach the email from the attorney requesting me to get this out. I also previously posted all of his provided legal attachments.
This is a controlled opposition attempt to distract and disparage me.
