This is my sworn affidavit that has been filed in 10th circuit court appeals case scheduled for oral argument THIS FRIDAY 11/18 at 8:30 MT in Denver CO!!
My colleague, fellow warrior, and friend, attorney Todd Callender will be the lead in executing this argument.
