*Ten Ways to Protect Yourself from Shaytan*

Ibn al-Qayyim رحمه الله said:
A person can protect himself from Shaytan through ten means:

1️⃣ Seeking refuge in Allah from Shaytan.
2️⃣ Reciting Surah Al-Falaq and Surah An-Naas.
3️⃣ Reciting Ayat al-Kursi (Surah Al-Baqarah 2:255).
4️⃣ Reciting Surah Al-Baqarah.
5️⃣ Reciting the last verses of Surah Al-Baqarah.
6️⃣ Engaging us in nafil salah.
7️⃣ Frequently reciting:
“Lā ilāha illallāhu, waḥdahu lā sharīka lah, lahul-mulku wa lahul-ḥamdu, wa huwa ʿalā kulli shay’in qadīr.”
(“There is no god but Allah, alone, without partner. To Him belongs the dominion and all praise, and He has power over all things.”)
8️⃣ Engaging often in the remembrance (Dhikr) of Allah.
9️⃣ Avoiding unnecessary looking, talking, and eating.
🔟 Maintaining good social relations with people.

ASSALAMU ALAIKUM

Let’s reflect on a reminder that purifies the heart and strengthens sincerity.

Wahb bin Munabbih رحمه الله beautifully described the signs of a hypocritical heart:

> “A hypocrite is lazy when alone, active in front of others, and desires praise for every deed.”
‎● (Hilyat al-Awliya 4/47)

💭 True sincerity (Ikhlas) means doing good only for the sake of Allah — whether seen or unseen, praised or ignored.

The Prophet ﷺ said:
> “Allah does not look at your forms or wealth, but He looks at your hearts and your deeds.”
— [Sahih Muslim 2564]

🌸 So, strive to act with a heart that seeks His pleasure, not people’s approval. Even if no one notices your effort — Allah does.

🌿 Let’s be among those whose deeds shine in secret,
whose hearts whisper “Ya Allah, only for You.”

🕊️ May Allah protect us from hypocrisy, fill our hearts with sincerity, and make our hidden deeds better than the ones we show

🌙 Put the Phone Down… and Raise Your Hands to Allah 🤲

Our phones have become the greatest cause of ghaflah (heedlessness).
Every scroll takes us further from the remembrance of the One who gave us time itself — Allah ﷻ.

📖 The Prophet ﷺ said:

> “There are two blessings which many people lose: health and free time for doing good.”
— [Sahih al-Bukhari 6412]

Every moment we waste on the screen is a moment we could have spent earning Jannah.
Instead of checking notifications, check your heart — is it connected to Allah or the dunya?

💫 Turn to Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’ala —
Put your phone aside, open your Qur’an, raise your hands, make du’a, and feel the peace that no app can give.

🕊️ Let’s replace scrolling with sujood, and distraction with dhikr.
Because true connection… is only with Allah. 💖

🌙 Who is Ready and Excited to Meet Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’ala? 🌙

SubhanAllah! The moment when the soul finally meets its Creator, the One who loved us, forgave us, sustained us, and waited for us to return to Him. 💖

Prophet ﷺ said:

> “Whoever loves to meet Allah, Allah loves to meet him; and whoever dislikes to meet Allah, Allah dislikes to meet him.”
📖 [Sahih al-Bukhari 6507, Sahih Muslim 2684]

This “love to meet Allah” isn’t about wishing for death — it’s about living a life of iman, taqwa, and obedience, so that when the time comes, our hearts are filled not with fear, but longing to meet the One we worshipped unseen.

💫 Signs of a Heart Ready to Meet Allah:
🌿 It seeks forgiveness often.
🌿 It remembers death with peace, not panic.
🌿 It lives with purpose — for Allah’s pleasure alone.

🌺“Prepare your soul not just for death, but for the most beautiful reunion — Liqa’ Allah (meeting Allah) — where eternal peace

WHO WANTS TO LEARN THE BEAUTIFUL DUA??🫀

🌿This duʿa is among the most comprehensive and powerful that the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ taught
Dua covers everything good the Prophet ﷺ ever asked for —

🌿“O Allah! We ask You for every good that Your Prophet Muhammad ﷺ asked You for,
and we seek refuge in You from every evil from which Your Prophet Muhammad ﷺ sought refuge.
You are the One whose help is sought, and it is upon You that we rely; there is no power nor might except with You.”

🌸 Do you want your Duas to be accepted?
🌟 Do you want 10 good deeds written for you?
🌿 Do you want 10 sins erased?
Do you want your status raised in the sight of Allah?

Then fill your tongue and heart with Durood upon the beloved Prophet ﷺ

💫 The Prophet ﷺ said:
> “Whoever sends one Salat upon me, Allah will send ten upon him, erase ten sins from him, and raise him by ten degrees.”
Sunan an-Nasa’i 1297
And he ﷺ also said:
> “Every dua is suspended between the heavens and the earth until you send blessings upon your Prophet.”
Tirmidhi 486

🌹 So before and after every dua, send Durood-e-Ibrahimi, the most beloved salutation:

اللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَىٰ مُحَمَّدٍ وَعَلَىٰ آلِ مُحَمَّدٍ، كَمَا صَلَّيْتَ عَلَىٰ إِبْرَاهِيمَ وَعَلَىٰ آلِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، إِنَّكَ حَمِيدٌ مَجِيدٌ

🌙 "Control your Nafs before it controls you" 🌙

Dear youth,
Don’t let your desires drive you toward darkness. This world is full of temptations — haram friendships, relationships, and distractions that pull your heart away from Allah. Remember, Shaytan beautifies sin only to destroy your peace.

💬 Allah ﷻ says:
> “And as for those who feared standing before their Lord and restrained themselves from (evil) desires — then indeed, Paradise will be their refuge.”
(Naazi‘aat 79:40-41)

Every time you say no to your Nafs, you say yes to Jannah.
Every time you choose Allah over your desires, you rise higher in His sight.

🌸 Don’t waste your heart on what displeases your Creator.
🌸 Real strength is not in following your desires — it’s in controlling them for the sake of Allah.
🌸 Fill your heart with Qur’an, Salah, and good company — and you’ll see how easy it becomes to walk away from what’s haram.

Your Nafs whispers temporary pleasure, but Allah promises eternal joy.Choose wisely.

ASSALAMU ALAIKUM WARAHMATUALLAHI WABARAKATUHU

LA ILAHA ILLA ANTA SUBHANAKA INNI KUNTU MINAZAWLIMEEN

The Qur’an mentions three types of *Nafs* (the self or soul), which represent the stages of a person’s spiritual development. Understanding them helps us recognize our inner struggles and strive toward purification. 🌿

1️⃣ Nafs al-Ammārah (النَّفْسُ الْأَمَّارَةُ بِالسُّوءِ)

📖 Reference:

> “Indeed, the soul is a persistent enjoiner of evil, except those upon which my Lord has mercy.”
— Surah Yusuf (12:53)

🔹This is the commanding self — the part of the soul that inclines toward evil and temptations.
It desires sins, laziness, lust, anger, jealousy, and everything displeasing to Allah.
Without control or remembrance of Allah, it dominates a person.

🔹 Example:
When a person knows something is haram but still follows desire, that’s the Nafs al-Ammārah in control.

🔹 Cure:

Tawbah (repentance)

Dhikr (remembrance of Allah)

Avoiding sinful environments

2️⃣ Nafs al-Lawwāmah (النَّفْسُ اللَّوَّامَةُ)

📖 Reference:

> “And I swear by the self-reproaching soul.”
— Surah Al-Qiyāmah (75:2)

🔹 This is the blaming or self-reproaching soul — the conscience that feels guilt after committing sin.
It recognizes wrong actions and blames itself, feeling remorse and wanting to return to Allah.

🔹 Example:
When you sin, then feel regret, cry to Allah, and promise not to repeat — this is Nafs al-Lawwāmah awakening.

🔹 Cure / Progress:

Sincere repentance (Tawbah Nasooha)

Istighfār (seeking forgiveness)

Consistent self-checking (Muhāsabah)

3️⃣ Nafs al-Muṭma’innah (النَّفْسُ الْمُطْمَئِنَّةُ)

📖 Reference:

> “O reassured soul, return to your Lord, well-pleased and pleasing [to Him]. Enter among My servants and enter My Paradise.”
— Surah Al-Fajr (89:27–30)

🔹This is the peaceful and content soul, completely submitted to Allah.
It finds tranquility in obedience, patience in trials, and joy in remembrance of Allah.

🔹 Example:
When a person trusts Allah’s decree, avoids sin even in private, and feels peace in worship — they have reached Nafs al-Muṭma’innah.

🔹 How to Attain:

Strong connection with Qur’an and Salah

Sincere love and fear of Allah

Contentment (Qanā‘ah) and Tawakkul (trust)

What is Tawakkul?

Tawakkul is not just saying “I trust Allah” —
It’s believing with your heart, acting with effort, and then resting your soul in Allah’s decree.

It’s when your heart whispers:
> “Even if the world turns against me, Allah is enough for me.”

📖 Allah says:
> “And why should we not rely upon Allah while He has guided us to our good ways.
And we will surely be patient against whatever harm you cause us.
And upon Allah let those who would rely indeed rely.”
— Ibrahim (14:12)

🌿 When you have Tawakkul, you walk through storms knowing that the One who controls the winds is with you.

The Prophet ﷺ said:
> “If you were to rely upon Allah with true reliance,
He would provide for you as He provides for the birds —
they leave their nests hungry in the morning and return full in the evening.”
(Tirmidhi 2344)

Allahumma aj‘alna minal mutawakkilina ‘alaika haqq al-tawakkul
“O Allah, make us among those who truly rely upon You.” 🤲
Bismillahirrahmanirrahim

Assalamu alaikum warahmatuallahi wabarakatuhu

When you detach from people and attach your heart to Allah, you’ll find a peace that no one else can give. 💫
Every heartbreak, every disappointment, is Allah’s way of saying:

> “Turn to Me — I will never leave you empty.” 🤍

> “And whoever relies upon Allah – then He is sufficient for him.”
(At-Talaq 65:3)

When you stop expecting from people and start expecting from Ar-Razzaq (The Provider), you’ll see blessings flow from directions you never imagined.

🌿 Prophet ﷺ said:
> “Be mindful of Allah, and He will protect you. Be mindful of Allah, and you will find Him before you.”
(Jami‘ at-Tirmidhi 2516)

🌸 Let go of attachments that pull you away from your Creator.
Hold tightly to the rope of Allah — through Salah, Qur’an, and Dhikr — and watch how your heart blossoms with contentment.

https://chat.whatsapp.com/H13GsAmODXZ1HEnXQyJzBf?mode=wwt

Today is the day to take a powerful step deeni brothers — Quit Smoking. 💪

You are stronger than your habits. You are chosen by Allah ﷻ for something far greater than this temporary pleasure that harms your body, your health, and your soul.

The Prophet ﷺ said:
> “Your body has a right over you.”(Bukhari)

Every puff destroys the blessing of life Allah gave you — your lungs, your breath, your strength. Don’t let smoke steal your imaan’s shine.

Replace the cigarette with dhikr, replace stress with sujood, and replace smoke with the sweet fragrance of Imaan.

> “And whoever leaves something for the sake of Allah, He will replace it with something better.”
(Ahmad)

Let’s rise together — with faith, discipline, and tawakkul.
Let your soul breathe again. 🌿
Say today: I quit for Allah’s sake. In shaa Allah, I will never go back.

🚭 You can do it — and Allah will help you. 💪🤍

🕊️ The one who chooses halal even when no one is watching —
Allah honors him in this world and the next.

🔥 It takes strength to say no to haram.
But that “no” today becomes your peace tomorrow.

💎 Choose halal friendships, halal earnings, halal love, halal goals —
Because every halal choice is a step closer to Jannah 🌸

📖 “So whoever fears Allah — He will make for him a way out and provide for him from where he does not expect.”
— (Surah At-Talaq 65:2-3)

💬 Be proud of your deen.
Halal is not restriction — it’s protection.

💫 *Let’s Be the First to Change Generations — In shaa Allah* ♥️ 💫

Be the one who breaks the cycle of neglecting the Qur’an.
Be the one who replaces ignorance with knowledge, heedlessness with salah, and sin with sincere tawbah.
Be the one your family remembers — not for your wealth, but for your imaan, your akhlaaq, and your connection with Allah.

🌙 The world might chase trends — but you, O youth, chase Jannah.
Let the Qur’an be your guide and the Sunnah your lifestyle.
Don’t follow the crowd; follow the path that leads to Allah’s pleasure.

Because one sincere heart can revive an entire generation.
And maybe you are that one heart🫀

“Indeed, Allah will not change the condition of a people until they change what is in themselves.”
— Ar-Ra’d (13:11)

Let’s rise, let’s return to the Qur’an and Sunnah — and build a generation that lives for Allah alone.
In shaa Allah 🌸
Let's pause and send salutations upon our Beloved Prophet Muhammad ﷺ, because no moment is more blessed than the one filled with durood.

🌿 Every durood brings mercy… every mercy brings light… every light brings closeness to Allah.
And Rasulullah ﷺ said:

“The closest to me on the Day of Resurrection will be the one who sent the most blessings upon me.”

— Tirmidhi

May Allah fill your heart, your home, and your life with noor, barakah, peace, protection, and endless blessings for sending salutations upon His beloved ﷺ.

🌿 Reflections & Lessons from the First Ayah of Surah Al-Fātiḥah

According to Tafsir Ibn Kathir

📖 Ayah 1:

“All praise is for Allah, Lord of all the worlds.”

🌟 1. “الحمد” – All Perfect Praise Belongs Only to Allah

Ibn Kathir explains:

Hamd means every type of praise, thanks, gratitude, and appreciation.

It is for every blessing, whether we recognize it or not.

It includes praising Allah for His perfection, His names, His attributes, His mercy, His power, and His wisdom.

Lesson:

➡️ Every good we have is from Allah.
➡️ Gratitude is the foundation of faith.
➡️ A believer sees Allah’s mercy in every moment.

🌟 2. Gratitude Before Asking — The Adab of Du‘a

Ibn Kathir highlights that the Surah begins with praise before request, teaching us the etiquette Allah loves.

Lesson:

➡️ Before we ask Allah, we praise Him.
➡️ Praise opens the doors of acceptance.
➡️ Du‘a that starts with “Alhamdulillah” rises faster.

🌟 3. “لِلَّهِ” – Praise Belongs to Allah Alone

Ibn Kathir emphasizes the “لِـ” (lam) in the ayah — it means exclusive ownership.

Lesson:

➡️ Whatever people praise us for is actually Allah’s gift.
➡️ We possess nothing by ourselves.
➡️ True humility begins when we realize Allah owns all praise.

🌟 4. “رَبِّ الْعَالَمِينَ” – Allah Is the Creator, Owner, Sustainer of Everything

Ibn Kathir explains “رَبّ” as:

Creator (خالق)

Owner (مالك)

Controller (مدبّر)

Provider (رازق)

One who nurtures and perfects

“العالمين” includes:

Humans

Jinn

Angels

Animals

Everything alive

Everything unseen

The heavens and the earth

Every universe

Every species

Every soul

Lesson:

➡️ Allah takes care of the entire creation.
➡️ Your problems are never too big for the One who manages the worlds.
➡️ Leave your worries with the Rabb who controls everything.

🌟 5. Allah Is the Rabb Who Manages Your Life Minute by Minute

Ibn Kathir mentions that Allah’s Ruboobiyyah means:

He fed you when you couldn’t feed yourself.

He protected you when you didn’t even know.

He guided your heart when it was lost.

He gave you blessings you never asked for.

Lesson:

➡️ You are never alone.
➡️ Allah is arranging your matters in ways you cannot see.

🌟 6. “Alhamdulillah” Is Not Just a Word — It’s a Lifestyle

According to Ibn Kathir, the believer constantly repeats Alhamdulillah because:

It calms the heart

It attracts more blessings

It wipes away anxiety

It brings barakah

It keeps Shaytan away

It increases tawakkul

Lesson:

➡️ Make “Alhamdulillah” your first reaction to good and bad.
➡️ Gratitude turns trials into blessings.

🌟 7. This Ayah Teaches Us Who Allah Is

The very first line of the Qur’an defines our relationship with Allah.

Ibn Kathir says:

> Whoever knows that Allah is the Rabb of all worlds will never fear creation.

Lesson:

➡️ Be attached to Allah, not people.
➡️ Be hopeful in Allah, not circumstances.
➡️ Depend on Allah, not your own strength.

🌟 8. A Reminder for the Heart

Ibn Kathir notes:
This ayah teaches a believer to begin every action with praise.

Lesson:

➡️ Before you eat → Alhamdulillah
➡️ Before you sleep → Alhamdulillah
➡️ When you wake → Alhamdulillah
➡️ When you breathe → Alhamdulillah
➡️ When you struggle → Alhamdulillah
➡️ When you succeed → Alhamdulillah

This ayah trains the heart to see Allah behind everything.

💛 Short Heart-Touching Reflection

Whenever you recite:

Think:

👉 Ya Allah, all praise is for You — for what I see and what I don’t see.
👉 You are the Rabb who raised me, protected me, guided me.
👉 You are the Lord of the worlds, so my problems are nothing in front of Your power.

“Close friends, that Day, will be enemies to one another — except the righteous”
Az-Zukhruf 43:67

🌿 Choose your friends wisely

Not everyone who smiles with you, walks with you.
Some people pull you closer to Allah,
and some people pull you away from Him.

A true friend is not the one who entertains you—
but the one who protects your akhirah,
reminds you of salah, Qur’an, modesty, and goodness.

💫 Signs of a Friend Worth Keeping

They remind you: “Come, let’s pray.”
They stop you from sin gently.
They don’t gossip, don’t drag you into haram.
They make dua for you secretly.
They fear hurting your heart.

🔥 A painful truth
The friends who take you to clubs, sins, backbiting, gossip, haram relationships—will run from you on the Day of Judgment

https://chat.whatsapp.com/H13GsAmODXZ1HEnXQyJzBf?mode=wwt

Say it with:

Sincerity

Regret

Hope in Allah’s mercy

Promise to avoid the sin again

Even if you fall again, return again.
Allah loves those who keep coming back.

🫀 A Short Powerful Istighfār

Astaghfirullāha rabbi min kulli dhambin wa atūbu ilayh

Meaning:
I seek forgiveness from Allah, my Lord, for every sin, and I turn to Him in repentance.

The Prophet ﷺ said:

> “Allah descends to the lowest heaven in the last third of the night…”

Cry, complain to Allah, and ask Him to remove emotional pain.

💬 9. Talking & Seeking Support

Prophet ﷺ taught us to:

Sit with good people

Share your worries

Avoid isolation

Keep your heart attached to Allah

Talking reduces emotional burden.

🌱 10. Halal Lifestyle (Tibb-e-Nabawi Principles)

Eat simple and halal food

Sleep early, wake early

Spend time in nature

Avoid excessive screen time

Keep company of righteous people

Stay away from sins (sins darken the heart)

These restore mental balance

⚠️ Important Islamic Reminder

Even Prophet Yaqub عليه السلام cried from sorrow.
Even Maryam عليها السلام felt extreme stress.
Even Prophet ﷺ felt sadness.

So feeling low does NOT mean weak Imaan.
Mental illness is real and sometimes needs:

Therapy

Counselling

Medical help

Islam does not forbid treatment.
