On October 28, 2012 this RADAR pulse event happened on a clear night over the La Canada, Mexico RADAR site. tinyurl.com/3jp5yvv6

Around the same time this event happened, a rare large M7.7 earthquake struck up off the West coast of the Pacific Northwest USA / Vancouver Island Canada --- and --- Hurricane Sandy "Frankenstorm" was hitting the East coast of the USA.

I will explain later how these shapes tie-in to weather modification, and how we can use these views from 2012 as guidelines for observing the electromagnetic field lines of the NEXRAD RADAR's in the USA as they are modifying the weather now in 2024.

The storms in the USA are taking these shapes, and I can prove it real time as the storms are forming, and also prove that the RAINFALL TOTALS match the field lines of the RADAR!!!

That the storms are forming in these shapes, and that the rainfall falls in these lines! (that the radar is inducing the weather to fall along these lines un-naturally).

This large RADAR pulse happened on June 28, 2013 from the Dover Delaware NEXRAD RADAR station.

It modified the weather and created a tornado over the base hours later.

5-6 HOURS after the large pulse from the Dover Delaware NEXRAD RADAR, a tornado formed next to the transmitter which pulsed....... and the Airforce base was the only location to get a tornado warning!

RADAR weather modification 101

How do two or more RADAR beams or pulses pump up an area with power or also remove energy between where the beams cross?

According to Lt. Col. Thomas Bearden and a myriad of research on the topic, it is done via a version of the :

AHARONOV-BOHM effect

Two or more beams pointed at the area of excitement, one can pump in energy the other pump out energy. Additionally BOTH can pump in, or both can pump out! Bearden said this actually physically can REMOVE THE MASS OF THE OBJECT being bombarded or conversely blow it up!

The area between the beams is where the Aharonov-Bohm effect takes place.

Without being hit directly by the targeted beams which cross above or out from the transmitters, the center area itself between the transmitters can also be pumped up or out----- not just the area where the beams cross and make the action / plasma at a distance, but the whole area BETWEEN BOTH TRANSMITTERS!!!!!!!!

Then a view of the US Army HAARP ring generation experiments making the ripple rings in the ionosphere using HAARP .. which took those ring shapes and started to actually physically glow like Northern lights over about 80km area!

Then two graphics on RADAR horizontal scan lines and actual "ripple clouds" generated above the transmitter (both graphics from Lt. Col. Thomas Beardens site and Douglas Pooley in the late 1990's early 2000's).
