"IT'S JUST BIRDS AND BUGS"

This large RADAR pulse happened on June 28, 2013 from the Dover Delaware NEXRAD RADAR station.

It modified the weather and created a tornado over the base hours later.

5-6 HOURS after the large pulse from the Dover Delaware NEXRAD RADAR, a tornado formed next to the transmitter which pulsed....... and the Airforce base was the only location to get a tornado warning!

RADAR weather modification 101

How do two or more RADAR beams or pulses pump up an area with power or also remove energy between where the beams cross?

According to Lt. Col. Thomas Bearden and a myriad of research on the topic, it is done via a version of the :

AHARONOV-BOHM effect

Two or more beams pointed at the area of excitement, one can pump in energy the other pump out energy. Additionally BOTH can pump in, or both can pump out! Bearden said this actually physically can REMOVE THE MASS OF THE OBJECT being bombarded or conversely blow it up!

The area between the beams is where the Aharonov-Bohm effect takes place.

Without being hit directly by the targeted beams which cross above or out from the transmitters, the center area itself between the transmitters can also be pumped up or out----- not just the area where the beams cross and make the action / plasma at a distance, but the whole area BETWEEN BOTH TRANSMITTERS!!!!!!!!

Then a view of the US Army HAARP ring generation experiments making the ripple rings in the ionosphere using HAARP .. which took those ring shapes and started to actually physically glow like Northern lights over about 80km area!

Then two graphics on RADAR horizontal scan lines and actual "ripple clouds" generated above the transmitter (both graphics from Lt. Col. Thomas Beardens site and Douglas Pooley in the late 1990's early 2000's).

Just made a t-shirt for one of my more "strange" discoveries --- The Dragon Head shaped fort next to Loch Ness !

Fort George at Inverness Scotland! 

Built about 300 years ago, and a current museum/special forces base for the Black Watch military guard... everyone somehow MISSED this was built in a giant "dragon head" shape. 

Furthermore, there is a Church in the snout of the dragon which has a large stained glass window of St. George slaying the dragon!  

I have lovingly renamed the location as "Fort Dragon Head, Scotland" !

Very rare M4.3 (M3.7) Earthquake struck next to a hydroelectric dam , power generation station in South Dakota! Next to Pierre, SD

VLF (very low frequency) electrical in the lines, earthquake in the ULF (ultra low) range strikes next to the power generation.

This happens all over the world at all sorts of power generation locations from Hydro-Electric dams, Nuclear Power, Coal, gas, steam, solar, and wind power generation stations as well as their transmission lines ---- earthquakes next to and below these locations.

Simply put: Electron precipitation into the plate,and up out of the plate induces earthquake activity.
