🐶 Georgia intends to ban breeding of some dogs, and the right to walk dogs of certain breeds can only be given to persons over 16 years old.

Work on the bill has already begun. A list of dogs of aggressive breeds will be created, and if Parliament passes the bill, the import of such breeds into the country will be prohibited. Authorities are also considering criminalizing owners of dogs that have harmed a person.

They were taken to the hospital with wounds. At the end of September, another dog of a fighting breed attacked three people in the Varketili district of Tbilisi. Earlier, another pit bull terrier bit a 9-year-old child in a suburb of the capital.

Eyewitnesses reported a couple of weeks ago that it was already snowing in Gomis Mta and Svaneti, and these days it began to remind more and more in some parts of the country that "winter is coming." In most regions, the forecast for October is favorable, sub-zero temperatures will be rare and not for long, but from November it is already worth preparing warm clothes and winter tires for the car.

I “change shoes” and prefer winter tires, as we like to travel as a family around Georgia in Gudauri, Bakuriani or Svaneti, and there is nothing to do without it. Whoever is planning a trip through Upper Lars in the coming weeks, I advise you to carefully watch the weather forecast and navigate according to it. Most likely, you will calmly drive through the pass in October on the “summer” tires, but from November you need to be more prepared.
ℹ️ I will have the fifth winter in Georgia and, in general, the winter in Tbilisi, Batumi, Kutaisi offers the comfortable temperature from +5 to +15. Snow rarely falls in most regions and melts quickly. This, of course, does not apply to the mountains. A ski season in Bakuriani, Gudauri, Svaneti and Gorderzi usually begins on December 15-25.

Today, both popular varieties and very rare varieties known only to connoisseurs are carefully grown in the country. The most popular in Georgia are Saperavi and Rkatsiteli, but the list reaches 500 grape varieties.
